1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

CORPORACIÓN DE ORGANIZACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES, S.A. will be responsible for processing the personal data of those individuals who have created a profile on any of its social media platforms, and this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on the processing:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and CORPORACIÓN DE ORGANIZACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES, S.A. (hereinafter, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY), which may include the following activities:

  • Processing requests and inquiries submitted to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY
  • Providing information on activities and events organized by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY
  • Informing about products or services offered by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY
  • Interacting through official profiles

When the RESPONSIBLE PARTY collects and processes personal data through its social media profiles, the USERS will be informed about the purpose of data collection, as well as their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the stated purposes and kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Additionally, the USER can access the privacy policies of the respective social media platform at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: the data will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent provided, as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we share your personal data?

Data Communication: Information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social media, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services the USER uses, making it publicly available to other third-party users of the social media platform. From the profile of each social media platform, the USER can configure which information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, delete them, or disable them, as well as any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
However, no personal data will be communicated to third parties outside the social media platform unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE PARTY has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: These can only be satisfied with respect to the information under the control of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of data, as well as limitation or opposition to its processing.
  • Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to the public information of the profile.
  • Publication on the USER’s profile of all information already published on the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social media.
  • Sending personal and individual messages via social media channels.
  • Page status updates that will be posted on the USER’s profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content they no longer find interesting, and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they must access their settings, where they will find different configuration options related to the privacy level of their user profile on the social media platform.

3. PUBLICATIONS

The objective of the social media is to give visibility and diffusion to the activities developed by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
Once the USER follows or joins the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social media, they can publish on it comments, links, images, photos, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform.
In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, have the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social media, whether text, graphics, photos, videos, etc., that attacks or could attack moral standards, ethics, taste, decency, and/or infringes upon intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content on the company’s profiles will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to delete such comments or content and block the responsible users.
In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY will not be responsible for content freely published by the USER.
The USER must be aware that their publications will be seen by other users, making them the primary person responsible for their privacy.
The images that may be published on the social media will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY but will remain on the social media platform.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

It is recommended to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social media platform at the time of registration, considering the different age requirements for registration.
Furthermore, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY will be expressly exempt from any responsibility arising from the use of social media by minors or persons with special capacities, whose access should be done under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
